PAC Sticker is the trading name of Printing Amazon Custom Sticker, operated in Australia.

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By placing an order with PAC Sticker, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Definitions

"PAC Sticker", "we", "our", and "us" refer to Printing Amazon Custom Sticker.

"Customer", "you", and "your" refer to the individual or organisation placing an order.

​

"Products" refer to all custom stickers and printed materials supplied by PAC Sticker.

Orders & Acceptance

All orders submitted through our website are subject to acceptance by PAC Sticker.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders containing inappropriate, unlawful, offensive, or copyrighted content.

​

Once production has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Full payment is required before production begins.

 

PAC Sticker reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. The applicable price will be the price displayed at the time the order is placed.

Artwork Requirements

Customers are responsible for providing print-ready artwork. Accepted file formats include:

  • *.PDF / *.AI / *.EPS / *.PSD / *.PNG / *.JPEG

 

For best results:

  • Minimum resolution: 300 DPI

  • CMYK colour profile recommended

  • Text converted to outlines where applicable

 

PAC Sticker is not responsible for errors contained within customer-supplied artwork. This includes:

  • Spelling errors

  • Incorrect dimensions

  • Low-resolution files

  • Missing fonts

  • Incorrect colour settings

Proofing & Customer Approval

Where proofs are provided, customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all artwork prior to approval. Approval of a proof confirms acceptance of:

  • Artwork content

  • Colours

  • Layout

  • Dimensions

  • Text and spelling

 

PAC Sticker is not liable for errors that were present in approved artwork.

Printing & Colour Variations

Due to differences between computer monitors, mobile devices, printers, substrates, and production methods, printed colours may vary from on-screen colours.

Colour variations between reprints and previous orders may also occur.

​

Minor colour variations shall not be considered a defect.

​

PAC Sticker does not guarantee exact Pantone colour matching unless specifically agreed in writing.

Quantity Tolerance

Custom printed products are subject to standard industry production tolerances. PAC Sticker reserves the right to supply up to 5% more or less than the ordered quantity. This shall be considered fulfilment of the order.

Production Time

Estimated production times displayed on our website are estimates only.

Production times may vary due to:

  • Artwork issues

  • Equipment maintenance

  • Material shortages

  • Public holidays (Both Australia / Republic of Korea)

  • Events beyond our control

 

PAC Sticker shall not be liable for losses arising from production delays.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery estimates are provided by third-party carriers and are not guaranteed.

PAC Sticker is not responsible for:

  • Courier delays

  • Lost parcels after carrier acceptance

  • Customs delays

  • Weather disruptions

 

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon dispatch.

Refunds & Reprints

As all products are custom-made, PAC Sticker does not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect artwork supplied by the customer

  • Customer-approved design errors

 

However, if a product contains a manufacturing defect or printing error caused by PAC Sticker, we may at our discretion:

  • Reprint the order, or

  • Provide a partial or full refund

 

Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Photographic evidence may be required. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights provided under Australian Consumer Law.

Intellectual Property

Customers warrant that they own or have permission to use all artwork, trademarks, logos, designs, and content submitted to PAC Sticker.

Customers indemnify PAC Sticker against any claims arising from copyright, trademark, or intellectual property infringement.

​

PAC Sticker shall not be responsible for verifying ownership rights of submitted artwork.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PAC Sticker shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect losses

  • Consequential losses

  • Loss of profits

  • Loss of business opportunities

  • Delays caused by third parties

 

Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order in question.

Privacy

Use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using our website and services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes to Terms

PAC Sticker reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will become effective immediately upon publication on this website. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
