FAQ

We've answered some of the most common questions about ordering custom stickers, artwork preparation, printing, production, and shipping below. If you need any further assistance, please don't hesitate to contact us at info@printingamazon.com.au. We're always happy to help.

  • A. You will receive a free digital proof via email within 24 business hours after placing your order. Printing will not begin until we receive your approval. Please also check your Spam or Junk folder if you do not see the email in your inbox.

  • A. All of our custom stickers are supplied as individually cut stickers by default.

  • A. Yes, all products are printed in vibrant full colour using professional CMYK printing technology.

  • A. Pantone (PMS) colours are converted to CMYK for printing. For best results, we recommend converting Pantone colours to CMYK using Pantone's official colour conversion tools.

    Avoid using automatic conversions in software such as Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop. Files submitted in RGB will also be converted to CMYK. Please note that some bright or neon RGB colours cannot be accurately reproduced in print.

  • A. Because of this fundamental difference, certain bright RGB colours, especially neon shades, cannot be accurately reproduced in CMYK and may appear less vibrant when printed.

  • A. The minimum recommended font size is 6pt, depending on the font style, colour, and background. We cannot guarantee the legibility of very small text, particularly if there is low contrast between the text and the background.

  • A. No. Changes cannot be made after the proof has been approved. Please review the proof carefully before giving final approval. Once approved, your order enters production immediately to ensure the fastest possible turnaround.

  • A. If you prefer borderless printing, please indicate “full bleed” or “no white border” in the notes section during checkout. This ensures your design is printed edge-to-edge without a white border.

  • A. No. Each quantity ordered must be for a single design and finish.

  • A. Yes! We offer affordable custom die-cut stickers in any shape. Our advanced die-cutting method allows us to produce custom shapes at lower costs. Please visit our quote page or contact us for more details.

  • A. We accept artwork in AI, EPS, PDF, TIFF, PSD, PNG and JPEG formats. For the best print quality, raster images should be supplied at a minimum resolution of 300 dpi at the final print size.

  • A. You can upload your artwork during checkout or email it to us from the email address used to place your order. For files over 50MB, please send a download link via WeTransfer, FTP, or another file-sharing service.

  • A. Yes, we offer free shipping Australia-wide and worldwide. Estimated delivery time is 5–6 business days after dispatch for major metropolitan areas such as Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane.

  • A. We currently accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards.

  • A. Usually, production takes 2–3 business days after proof approval (excluding shipping time) for Glossy and Matte paper stickers.

    All other paper materials follow their own weekly printing schedules. Please refer to our Shipping Schedule page to learn more about our printing schedule, and feel free to contact us if you have any further questions.

  • A. You may cancel your order at any time before we begin printing your design.

    Please note that printing begins immediately after you approve your proof. Once your digital mock-up has been approved, your order can no longer be cancelled. Please ensure you are completely satisfied with your design before approving your final digital mock-up.

  • A. Yes. Every order includes a free artwork review. We will check your file for basic printability, including size, resolution, bleed, and cut lines where applicable. However, customers remain responsible for proofreading spelling, colours, and final design content before approving the proof.

  • A. We recommend artwork to be supplied at 300 dpi at the final print size to achieve the best print quality.

  • A. If your artwork extends to the edge of the sticker, we recommend adding a 2 mm bleed to avoid unwanted white edges after trimming.

  • A. Yes. Please contact us if you would like to discuss sample options before placing a bulk order.

  • A. We offer waterproof sticker materials. If your stickers will be exposed to moisture or outdoor conditions, we recommend selecting our Waterproof or PVC material when placing your order.

  • A. Yes. If you have ordered from us before, simply contact us with your previous order number and we can reproduce your artwork quickly.

  • A. Because every monitor displays colours differently and printing uses CMYK inks, slight colour variations between the screen and the final printed product are normal.

  • A. Transparent backgrounds should be supplied as PNG, AI, EPS, or PDF files. If no background colour is specified, the sticker material will remain visible in those areas.

  • A. If your artwork is too low in resolution, we will notify you before printing. Printing will only proceed once you approve the proof.

  • A. Once you approve your digital proof, you are confirming that all artwork, spelling, colours, sizing and other design details are correct. PAC Sticker is not responsible for errors that have been approved by the customer. Please review your proof carefully before giving final approval.
